Hands in the Dirt: Replanting Our Seedlings

Around a month ago, P4G planted tiny bitter melon and loofah seeds, and since then, we've been eagerly monitoring their growth. Well, those little sprouts quickly began growing lots of leaves and tendrils, and were practically bursting out of their small pots! To give them the room they need, our class teamed up in trios for a repotting adventure. Like a well-oiled gardening machine, one student played soil chef by perfectly blending our old and fresh soil, another acted as chief excavator to dig the new homes, and our careful transplanters carefully scooped out the seedlings. Now, our plants are happily settled into their spacious large planter, complete with tall poles to climb!
