Halloween at school is always an exciting time, and this year was no different! The atmosphere bubbled with anticipation as students and teachers donned their most imaginative costumes. From classic monsters to unique characters, the school transformed into a vibrant Halloween wonderland.

P5 Class Party!

A standout moment of the day was the appearance of Mr. Tomsett and Miss Rui, who arrived dressed as the iconic Ghostbusters. Their popular costumes injected a lively energy into the festivities. Students also wowed everyone with their creativity. One student stole the show by dressing as the Mona Lisa, complete with a painted frame! Another student showcased cultural attire, sporting traditional Arabic clothing paired with an ornate beard. Across the hallways, anime characters and a delightful army of minions created a colorful and lively vibe.

The celebration continued with an exhilarating class party organized by P5G, which partnered with P5-1 for added fun. Students took part in a unique drawing activity where they collaborated to bring their creepy monster creations to life. One student sketched a head, another drew a body, and the last added legs. The result was a wonderfully horrifying amalgamation that had everyone laughing and cheering!

After the drawing session, students were treated to a gripping game of Wink Killer, which had everyone on the edge of their seats. To wrap up the party, a Halloween trivia quiz tested their knowledge and added a competitive twist to the day.

As the festivities progressed, P4, P5, and P6 united for the Global Class Assembly, which turned into a massive Halloween celebration. The teachers arranged three exciting activities to keep the excitement brewing.

Global Class Assembly Party

In the first segment, Mr. Tomsett led a super spooky game of "Guess the Monster" using taboo-style clues. This engaging game challenged students to think quickly and creatively, making it a great way to involve everyone.

Next, Miss Chan took the stage with her balloon tag game, which had students running around and trying to pop each other’s balloons while avoiding being tagged themselves. The laughter and excitement filled the hallways, creating a joyful atmosphere that truly captured the spirit of Halloween.

Finally, Mr. Task introduced a hilarious mummy-wrapping game. Students teamed up to wrap each other in toilet paper, turning their classmates into joyful mummies. The sight of giggling students wrapped up like mummies was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the day!

A Memorable Celebration

This year’s Halloween celebration at school was a remarkable success, filled with creativity, laughter, and a strong sense of community. From the imaginative costumes to the engaging games, every moment showcased the joy and spirit of the season. Days like these remind us of the importance of coming together, celebrating our creativity, and making unforgettable memories. Here’s to many more Halloween hullabaloos in the years to come!
