Swimming, Calligraphy and Endangered Animals!

What? You may say... how do these three completely different things relate to each other? Well, this is a snippet of a hard working, multitalented 5G class that are expanding their minds and bodies at HKJS!

Swimming lessons have finally begun and all of our students were excited and eager to get into the pool and show how well they can swim. The teachers were VERY impressed by the high standard of the students' abilities! We have some water babies in this class for sure!

The 5G students practiced their caligraphy skills. They even taught Mr. Tomsett how to do it for the first time ever. Is it OK for a first try?

5G have also started their Endangered Animals Presentation Project this week. They have learned all about human activities that impact the environment and how this could hurt animals. Now, they have chosen an endangered animal to research and will create presentations in pairs in order to learn more, teach others and inform other people about what we can do to help!

Keep up the fantastic work, 5G!!
