This week at school has been full of energy and teamwork. Students from different classes came together to explore music, technology, and hobbies. The week showed how working together helps everyone learn and enjoy new experiences.
Making Music Together
The P5-G and P5-1 students joined forces to play in a band. They used a variety of instruments like drums, keyboard, recorder, and harmonica. Learning the song African Symphony brought them closer as they practiced and played together. Each student contributed their part (even Mr. Tomsett), and the result was a beautiful harmony. This experience taught them how important it is to listen to each other and keep the rhythm as a team.
Building Robot Cars in Science Class
In science class, the students started a challenging project: building robot cars. This task requires careful attention and technical skills. Even though it was difficult, the students supported each other. Those who understood the steps helped classmates who needed extra guidance. This teamwork made the project less overwhelming and more fun. It also showed how patience and cooperation can solve complex problems.
Enjoying Club Activities on Friday
Friday was a day for clubs, where students from different years mixed and learned new skills. The clubs included:
Wadaiko club
Ballgame club
Science club
Home economics club
Table tennis club
Tea ceremony club
Students worked hard to improve and enjoy their chosen activities. Older students from P6 helped younger P4 students, creating a friendly and supportive environment. This mix of ages encouraged sharing knowledge and making new friends.
What This Week Shows
This week highlighted the power of collaboration. Whether making music, building robots, or joining clubs, students learned more by working together. They practiced patience, shared skills, and supported each other. These experiences build confidence and create a positive school community.
