Persuade me! - Persuasive Writing Presentations P5G

These last two weeks back at school have absolutely flown by with all the fun learning we have been doing! In English, we have been learning how to break out the charm, the tiny violin and make people listen to our point of view. Persuasion is the art of getting someone to listen to your point of view and act on it. The students all worked really hard in their groups to come up with persuasive essays, convincing the reader/ listener to SAVE THE ELEPHANTS! These speeches really hit home and from this evidence, it seems like P5G could coax a snail out of it's shell!

I have really been impressed by the English skills used to great effect! Be careful parents, these students might now be able to persuade an even bigger birthday present from you! Great Job 5G!
