Creative Writing and Imagery - P5 - G

Creative writing is a wonderful thing. It doesn't always come naturally to people, and can actually be quite difficult to create vivid images in a reader's head by just using words. However, as we know, words are powerful things, especially when coupled with the imagination of a young mind. P5 - G have been exploring the use of "Similes and Metaphors" to express a vast array of situations and emotions with very few words. They have taken to these literary devices like a duck to water and we will include them in our final creative writing piece at the end of the term!
